We visited Krakow for a short 5 day break and we were lucky enough to meet Robert at the airport as soon as we arrived. He is very well educated and knowledgeable plus he goes out of his way to give as much information as possible, therefore making the taxi journey a tour in itself. We also used Robert's service for a one day excursion where he took us to various places - he always took the trouble to get down with us to the ticketing offices etc to make sure that he helps with any language issues. The free wi-fi in the car is an added bonus. We highly recommend Robert's services and when we visit Krakow again, we will make sure to use Robert's service again. ~ Tomasz F

Wir haben mit Krakow Airport Transfers & Tours einen Ausflug von Krakau nach Auschwitz-Birkenau sowie einen Airport-Transfer durchgeführt. Die Kommunikation und Unterstützung im Vorfeld waren sehr gut. Uns wurden viele wichtige Hinweise zu Tickets und dem Tour-Ablauf gegeben. Die Fahrer waren immer pünktlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Autos waren neu, in einem technisch einwandfreien Zustand und sauber. Vi kjørte med Robert fra flyplassen til hotellet vårt, han kom med forslag til hva vi burde seg! En høflig og fin sjåfør! Bilen hans var fin og ren. Vi fikk kortet hans for å ringe han når vi skulle tilbake, og det gjorde vi! Da var det ikke Robert som kom med en taxivenn/en annen sjåfør som kom, og han var like høflig som Robert! Skal vi tilbake til Krakow kommer vi til å ringe han igjen! Jeg anbefaller han, om dere ønsker en hyggelig og behjelpelig sjåfør!! ~ Ellen B

Sehr zuverlässige und sehr freundliche Fahrer mit gutem Fahrstil und gepflegten Fahrzeugen. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen für den Airporttransport empfehlen. Vorher besprochene Abholung für den Rücktransport klappte einwandfrei. Fahrer war bereits 10 min. vor der Zeit am vereinbarten Treffpunkt. 5* Deluxe! ~ Westen

We booked Come2Krakow for an Auschwitz & Birkenau tour and we were very satisfied. Punctual pick-up, very friendly and professional driver (lady) and on top of everything we received sandwich and water on the tour. We also teamed up with Come2Krakow for a tour to the Saltmines, and also here we everything was perfect. We appreciated that Robert kept us informed about pick-up - e.g. "I will be there in 2 minutes" - lovely when waiting in the rain. Robert waited for us at the airport even though we arrived an hour late. The car is nice and clean, and Robert is truly friendly and polite gentleman (and speaks very good English). We spent the whole trip to Krakow talking about the city, and he informed us about various tours he offers. The day after we came to Krakow, we also booked a transfer back to the airport, and this time the driver was lovely Andrew who was very punctual and talkative. First class service from Robert and his colleague. We booked airport transfers and a day tour to Zakopane / thermal baths. The transfers to and from the airport were on time, very comfortable and a reasonable price. Spot on after arriving on early flights! The day tour was the highlight of our trip especially for the kids. Great service, flexible & comfortable. Robert was so attentive before we even arrived in Krakow regarding our flight delays and keeping himself updated with the details/ tracking. He dedicated his weekend for me and my partner taking us to Auschwitz and Birkenau and back - ensuring we was looked after. And took us back to the airport for our flight home. Used for airports transfer for a group of 6. Very easy to book, just sent all the details and it was confirmed quickly. Communication was also easy and quick when I tried to change something. All sorted in 2 emails. The vehicles were very clean and driver was polite and reliable. Fantastic service from Robert, he took us from the airport to our hotel and it was quick and smooth journey in a very clean and comfortable car and he kindly gave us his card to arrange our transfer back at the end of our holiday and he was there as promised to collect us from our hotel and take us back to the airport. It’s very rare that I leave reviews but it’s more than necessary for the service Robert provided. We used him for both transfers from the airport and also the Auschwitz tour. We arrived in Poland on June 29th. Robert was wonderful. He drove us to our apartment from the Airport to central Kraków with efficiency. We contacted him once again to see if he was available to take us back to the airport from Kraków. He was on vacation but was able to contact one of his colleagues and arrange a ride for us. After a pre-arranged airport transfer failed arrive we, picked up a Krakow Airport Taxi outside the terminal. Our driver, Robert, was very polite and professional. It was also a fixed price (109 PLN) to the city. The taxi was very clean and the music choice in the taxi was great. We were so impressed we booked Robert for our return journey to Krakow Airport (KRK). ~ Peter W

Excellent service. Robert came early to my scheduled pick up at 4 am (yes, morning) from the Krakow city center. The car is clean and comfortable. Safe driver.
